--todocumentthepaperPOsandrelateddocumentsinasystematicway;

-SupportinsigningthePOContract

--toobtainthesignaturesfrombuyersorfromrelevantpersonaligningwithDOA;

-ReleasingPOContract

--toreleasePOandContracttothefunctionalusers;

-RequiringPOContractcountersign
